"We always stay here when we are in Stevens Point. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is a bit older, but it's very clean. It has been updated and we felt very safe there. The breakfast was the usual, waffles, cereal, danish, etc, and most importantly - the coffee was really good! There are plenty of options close by for food, from fast food to pubs and restaurants. Also dog friendly!"

"Everything was great. Except for the lady that checked us in on Friday night. She was not at the desk, and there was no way to call someone. She never smiled, or made an expression or said thankyou. Like a rude statue. Everyone else I interacted with at the hotel was very polite and helpful. We got a downstairs room, right by the pool, and we had a lot of fun. Everything we needed was close by. We will stay again. Even if grumpy is at the desk."

"I had a King Room. There was 1 desk chair. No sitting chair. I called the front desk to see if there was one I could get. I was told they didn’t have any more chairs. I asked about taking a plastic chair from the pool area. I was told to not take one from the pool area. Then I was told that it would be fine if I went over to Walmart and bought a lawn chair to bring back and use in the room!!! I found this to be completely unacceptable!!"

"We stayed in the older part of the hotel. Some of the hallways really needed a good vacuum cleaning. Our rooms air was not working well at all. Room was clean, but, there looked to be a swedish fish candy stuck to the ceiling! Very strange!"

"At first sight our room seemed decent. It wasn't until I dropped the remote and noticed how dirty it really was...There was pet food on the floor in a few places(PET FREE ROOM!), a black comb, hair ties and a moldy cup all stashed behind the nightstand. The public hot tub was absolutely disgusting! Green, slimy algae around the whole tub! I expected a better stay coming from Wyndham. Very disappointed. Will NOT be staying here again!"

"Hot tub was luke warm and the jets didnt work. Pool was tiny and 4ft shallow, kind of pointless. Hard mattress. Parking was odd, had to come in to find out they give a free passcode for the parking kiosk. Buzzing a/c unit. "Upgraded" my room at check in to one with a view of the adjacent rooftop and a brick wall. That was crap..... Friendly helpful staff. Lots of towels and wash stuff."

"We love staying at this hotel when we are up in that area. It is very nice to have a hotel that has a wheel in shower for our child that is disabled. The staff are always very friendly and helpful."
